Cucumber and Carrot Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, fresh, med chopped
  • 2 carrots shredded
  • 1 tbsp vinegar, cider
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • .15 tsp tabasco
  • .15 tsp salt to taste

Recipe Method

1- Thinly slice cucumber and carrots. Place in a bowl and add vinegar, olive oil, honey, Tabasco sauce and season with salt. Toss well.
