Chocolate dipped marshmallows on a stick! Dunk them in warm chocolate, then roll in nuts, granola,fruit or candy sprinkles for a slam dunk of a snack!
Special Equipment
36 lollipop sticks or frozen pop sticks
1- Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Insert lollipop stick into one end of each marshmallow.
2- Microwave frosting for 35 seconds & stir. Dip 1 marshmallow at a time into frosting, allowing excess to drip off.
3- Dip into toasted coconut until completely covered.
4- Stand, flat ends down, on prepared cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
