This is a Sri Lankan dish served with Rice and other curries.
1- Wash and shell the prawns and put them into a pot with the milk, the chili, saffron, garlic, ginger, cinnamon and salt and half each of the onions, fenugreek, rampa, lemon grass and curry leaves and boil until the prawns are nearly cooked.
2- Add to the thick milk mixture the ground coconut, rice and lime juice. Stir for a couple of minutes.
3- In a seperate pot, Heat the ghee and fry the remainder of the ingrediants.
4- Once the frying ingredients are soft, stir in the prawn mixture and let it simmer on a very slow fire for about 15 minutes.
