1- Crumble
2- Add onion, garlic,
3- Add tomatoes, jalapeño peppers, chili beans, chili powder, cumin, thyme, salt and cinnamon & nutmeg.
4- Stir and simmer on low for at least 25 minutes.
5- Add honey & pineapple & stir again.
Serve alone, over rice, or with a bun.
Serve with cheese & crackers is a must!
Oh--great with corn bread as well!
