Great easy recipe and a good way to eat broccoli.

Simple to make, contains lots of good things for you as well as protein without meat.

Ingredients

Salad
  • 3 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Dressing
  • 3/4 cup low-cal mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Method

1- In bowl combine broccoli, onion, sunflower seeds, raisins and feta cheese.

2- Combine dressing ingredients in a seal able container and shake well. Pour over salad and mix well.
