Salad

  • 3 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup red onion diced
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled

Dressing

  • 3/4 cup low-cal mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Method

1- In bowl combine broccoli, onion, sunflower seeds, raisins and feta cheese.

2- Combine dressing ingredients in a seal able container and shake well. Pour over salad and mix well.

I have a very similar recipe passed down from my mom but it doesn't include feta cheese - i will definately need to try that next time! we also use sugar with mayo instead of syrup. the bowl is always cleaned out when we make it though!
