  • 6 cup water
  • 500 ml whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 750 milligram mango pulp
  • 4 pcks gelatin

Recipe Method

1- Mix 2 cups of boiling water with the sugar.

2- In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup boiling water with the gelatin.

3- Add the sugar water to the gelatin mixture.

4- Add mango pulp to the mixture.

5- Add 3 cups cold water to the mixture.

6- Add whipping cream to the mixture. Mix well.

Refrigerate for 4 - 6 hours.
