Prawns in a spicy light tomato sauce.
1- Clean and peal shrimp under cold running water. Drain well and set aside.
2- Combine seasonings in a small bowl.
3- In a large skillet over high heat, combine butter, garlic, Worcestershire and seasoning mix.
4- When the butter is melted, add the tomato and mushrooms, then the shrimp. Cook stirring for 2 minutes. Add the beer and cover, cook 1 minute longer. Remove from heat.
5- Cook rice to package directions.
Serve over rice.
