Oatmeal Cake

Crumbly and very sweet.

A simple way to eat oatmeal. Kids love it.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 cup oats, rolled, old fashioned
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Method

1- Preheat over to 350F

2- Combine and blend all ingredients in a bowl. Mix until thoroughly blended.

3- Pour ingredients into a greased 9"x13" baking pan.

4- Bake until golden brown. About 8 minutes.

5- Cut into squares after baking while still warm.
