Easy to prepare with great flavor.

Light sauce enhanced with the flavors of sundried tomatoes and Asiago cheese.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce-weight double chicken breast cubed
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes, sun dried, oil pack, drained chopped
  • 3/4 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cup penne cooked to package directions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup cheese, asiago, fresh, shredded

Recipe Method

1- Saute chicken in 2 tbsp olive oil, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.

2- Add chicken broth and sundried tomatoes, bring to light boil and simmer(5min)

3- Cook penne to package directions. Cook peas in a seperate pot according to package directions.

4- Add peas and penne noodles to chicken.

Serve with grated asiago cheese
