Recipe Method
1. Perheat the oven to 180C.. Perpare 1 oreo
biscuit base. Use 1/2
cup of oreo crumbs and 1/3
cup of melt
butter mix together. Press the mixture over the bottom of the 8"
round tin,
set aside.
2. Put
cream cheese into the mixing bowl and blend it until soft, and then beat in sugar until smooth. And then add eggs one by one, whisk until creamy. Add in Bailey's lequeur and mix well. And then Pour mixture into the 8" cake tin. And bake in the water bath at 180C for 60 minutes. After chill, serve dusted with cocoa powder and icing sugar.
