My mother used to make this and if she could do it, anyone can. Serve it with your favorite salad.
1- Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
2- Cut sausages into 1 inch pieces and brown with onions and green peppers.
3- Layer half the noodles in a greased casserole, add the sausage mixture, and top with the rest of the noodles.
4- Spread the mushroom soup evenly over the noodles.
5- Melt some butter and add the crushed cracker crumbs to coat evenly. Spread over the noodles.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F. until the top is nicely browned.
