1 boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1/4" strips

2 cup asparagus sliced diagonaly
Recipe Method
1- Stir together the
cornstarch,
sugar,
soy sauce, water, and
garlic.
2- Add the chicken and marinate at least 1 hour or overnight.
3- In a wok or skillet, over fairly high heat, heat the oil.
4- Add the chicken and marinade and then the asparagus and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
Serve immediately.
