Chicken Skewers in Yakitori Sauce
1. Cut chicken into 1/2 inch squares then cut the leek and bell peppers to roughly the same size as the chicken.
2. Skewer chicken, leek and bell peppers on the bamboo skewers.

5. Continue to do so until sauce starts to form a glaze around the skewers.
