You can add rice or pasta. Try it and you won't regret it! Yummi Serve it with some white wine or rosee.
1- In a saucepan over high heat, heat oil and saute onions until translucent.
2- Add the beef and brown on all sides.
3- Mix together the flour,
4- Add the carrots, parsley, thyme and salt & pepper to taste to the flour mix and combine everything into the beef.
5- Cover the pan and bake for 1 hour at 350F. During the hour check the pan often and if the mixture becomes a little dry add some water.
6- Just before you serve, add the sour cream. Serve immediately.
