Its very healthy, easy and contains vegetables and meat.

You can add rice or pasta. Try it and you won't regret it! Yummi Serve it with some white wine or rosee.

Ingredients

  • 650 gram beef
  • 4 tsp vegetable oil
  • 4 tsp all purpose flour
  • 1 ounce-weight chicken bouillon cube
  • 600 gram carrots chopped
  • 300 gram onions chopped
  • to taste fresh thyme diced
  • to taste fresh parsley diced
  • 4 tsp sour cream
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Recipe Method

1- In a saucepan over high heat, heat oil and saute onions until translucent.

2- Add the beef and brown on all sides.

3- Mix together the flour, bouillon cube and a little water to dissolve the dry ingredients.

4- Add the carrots, parsley, thyme and salt & pepper to taste to the flour mix and combine everything into the beef.

5- Cover the pan and bake for 1 hour at 350F. During the hour check the pan often and if the mixture becomes a little dry add some water.

6- Just before you serve, add the sour cream. Serve immediately.
