This is more of a sweet recipe than a sour. My kids love when I make this!
1- Cut chicken into small pieces or chunks.
2- Dip chicken pieces into egg, and then roll in cornstarch. I put the cornstarch into a ziplock bag, then throw a few pieces of chicken in there at a time and shake it up.
3- Fry pieces in small amount of oil until just brown.
4- Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to create sauce.
5- Place into shallow baking pan and cover with sauce.
6- Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hr, stirring every 15 minutes.
Serve with rice
