1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease a 12- hole muffin tin. Bring butter and sugar into a mixing bowl and mix until light and creamy.
2. Add eggs gradually, beating well after each addition. Sift in Aff and ground almond, stir it well and smooth.
3. Add honey into the mixture and stir well. Spoon the mixture into the muffin holes. Cut apricot into small pieces, and place it on the mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cake is firm.
4. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
