3 pound raw chicken wings cut in sections (Save the tips for soup base)

3 tbsp unsalted butter

1 cup all purpose flour

1 eggs beaten

3 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp water

1 cup white sugar

1/2 cup white vinegar
-
1 tsp salt
Recipe Method
1- Melt
butter in a
large frying pan being careful not to burn.
2- Dip wings in beaten egg and coat with flour.
3- Fry in butter until golden and crisp.
4- While these are frying, make a sauce with the remaining ingredients.
5- Place the wings in a shallow roasting pan and pour the sauce over all.
6- Bake in a 350 F. oven for 30 - 40 minutes spooning the sauce over occasionally
