Ah so good!!! Ah so easy!!! Ah so easy on the pocketbook

Quick, easy, and sure to please served with rice and warm sake and your favorite stir fry veggies or serve as an appy. Pass the napkins, it's sticky. Come on someone, give me a review.

Ingredients

  • 3 pound raw chicken wings cut in sections (Save the tips for soup base)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 eggs beaten
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt

Recipe Method

1- Melt butter in a large frying pan being careful not to burn.

2- Dip wings in beaten egg and coat with flour.

3- Fry in butter until golden and crisp.

4- While these are frying, make a sauce with the remaining ingredients.

5- Place the wings in a shallow roasting pan and pour the sauce over all.

6- Bake in a 350 F. oven for 30 - 40 minutes spooning the sauce over occasionally

Now, don you kimono and pour the sake. Sayonnara!
