  • 3 eggs, whole

Recipe Method

Perpare 12 tart shells, can buy in frozen tart shells from any surpermarket. Perbake it for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Set aside. Before piping the almond filling, we can pipe some raspberry jam into the bottom of the baked tart shells. It can make more flavour.

1. Prebake 12 tart shells until golden brown and set aside. 2. Perheat the oven to 325F, and put the perbaked tart shells line on the baking tray. Bring almond paste into the mixing bowl and blend it soft, after that add in butter and sugar, mix it well. 3. Add the eggs gradually, beating thoroughly after each addition. Mix until fluffy. Sift in flour into the mixture, and mix well. 4. Pour mixture into the piping bag with small round tube. Pipe it into the perbaked tart shells. Bake at 325F for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. After cool down dust some icing sugar on the top and serve.
