This recipes makes you say, "more please." I serve it over broad noodles and with a favorite vegetable. Come on and rate this for me.
1- Melt the butter in a large heavy frying pan or use an electric frying pan.
2- Saute the onions and garlic. Remove the garlic clove and add the ketchup mixing well.
3- Stir in the flour slowly mixing well.
4- Add the beef broth slowly stirring all the while and cook until smooth and thickened.
Remove from heat.
5- Trim fat from the steak and cut into 1/2" cubes.
6- Fry the meat cubes in some more butter with just enough meat to cover the bottom of the pan. Brown, don't cook right through. Remove meat when browned and repeat until all the meat is browned. Add to the sauce.
7- Saute the mushrooms in more butter and add to the sauce and meat.
8- Finally add the sour cream, table cream, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire.
Cover and simmer to heat. Do not boil.
Now make yourself a cocktail while you are getting the rest of the meal together.
