Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter chilled
  • 1 cup milk

Recipe Method

1- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Sift first 3 ingredients together into large bowl.

2- Add remaining 2 ingredients all at once to the above...mix until fairly well combined.

3- Bake in muffin tins at 450 degrees 12-15 min.

4- Remove from oven and brush the tops with butter :)
