Deer Steak

If you love deer meat, these are great!

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces deer steak
  • .24 cup red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup white onions diced

Recipe Method

1- Marinate deer steaks over night in white wine.

2- When you are ready to cook, heat a frying pan to high. Fry steaks in the pan with the chopped onions and a little white wine from the marinate until browned on both sides.

3- After about 5 minutes, add the sliced red peppers and some Dianna Sauce to taste. Turn heat down to low, cover and let simmer for 45 minutes until tender.

Serve with rice and veggies.
