Put on a bib and pass the napkins and finger bowls.

So easy to make and such a crowd pleaser. Can be doubled for a large crowd. You will be asked for a copy of this recipe so have some copies on hand!!

Ingredients

  • 3 pound babyback ribs cut into 2-3 bone pieces
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup apricot jam
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 14 ounces canned pineapple chunks undrained

Recipe Method

1- Trim any fat or membrane from the ribs and cut in sections (2 or 3 per section)

2- Place upside down in baking dish in a single layer.

3- Mix all the sauce ingredients together and pour over the ribs.

4- Bake at 350 F. for l - 1/2 hours.

Serve over broad noodles or rice and a Caesar salad. (See my Killer Caesar Dressing)
