Its a very quick and easy dish. Usually an evening snack. Kids love it.
1- Wash potatoes and cut them in little cubes. Do not peel off the skin.
2- Pour oil in non-stick pan and add potatoes and salt, fry for about 15 mins, until potatoes and are crisp and tender.
3- When the potatoes are golden brown, remove from the pan abns toss with salt and the lemon pepper sesoning.
Its all ready to eat.
