This is a very impressive dish when entertaining as a first course or lunch out on the patio with the girls in the summer while enjoying a tall, cool one. (Drink, that is, not a guy!!)
1- Rinse shrimp under cold water and drain.
2- Drain the pears well.
3- Beat
4- Stir in shrimp, lemon juice, salt, and dill.
5- Fill the hollow of each pear piling high with the shrimp mixture.
6- Sprinkle with paprika and decorate with stuffed olives.
7- Place each pear in a lettuce bowl with a lemon wedge at the side.
8- If serving in the summer, a fresh edible flower from your garden can also be added for decoration. Bada bing!!
