1- Combine nuts and flour, set aside.
2- In top of double boiler, beat eggs and sugar by hand. Stir by hand until hot and sugar has melted. Remove from heat. Stir in four mixture and vanilla. Mix throughly, scraping bowl often.
3- Pour mixture into a 8 x 8" flat baking pan/dish and bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
Do not overbake.
This cake will be very chewy. Wrap tightly in foil to keep chewy and moist.
