Makes a great Breakfast, or snack. Or warmed up with a splash of cool whip, great healthy dessert.
Preheat oven to 350F.
1- Combine All Bran and Water in a bowl. Let sit till mushy. (about 2 min)
2- Add Brownie Mix and baking powder. Stir. Put into muffin tins.
Bake for about 25 min
