it is very easy to do, take full bulb of garlic cut off small amount of the top portion of the bulb so that the clove tops are exposed drizzle with olive oil and wrap in tin foil. Bake in oven at 325 for about 45 mins or until soft. when slightly cooled you just have to squeeze the garlic out of the skin.
