BBQ Clams

Ingredients

  • 3 dozens fresh water clams
  • 1 cube butter
  • dash of onion salt
  • dash of seasoned salt

Recipe Method

1. Prepare BBQ.

2. Place clams on rack. Let sit on BBQ for 10 minutes or until clams open fully.

3. Melt butter in small sauce pan. Add all seasonings. Serve and use butter sauce for dipping.
